I am probably the only “futuristic” comment in a long, long time. I discovered this hidden gem, while watching “There She Goes”. I must admit I cried a little, it touched my soul in the most wonderful yet sad way. Things like these don’t get the love they deserve. I am going through a really rough time, but still..everyday I save a little hope and love. Every morning that I wake up, the hope and love that I have, I snatch them and burry them into the deepest part of my heart before the rest fades. And in the darkest of the times, blinded by sadness and guided by meaningless thoughts, there they come, shooting out like a ray of sunshine. Hope and love. I hear a voice, “Wait for love”. I know one day, I will be okay. I know one day I won’t have to beg to be loved, for my emotions to be valued. One day I won’t grieve for all the things I could’ve been or all the things I never will be. One day, I will have my own place, with a special someone. We will be sitting on the porch, watching the summer sunset fading into the horizon as the gentle breeze blows. They will play their guitar and sing for me. We will cook together, do everything I always wanted. We will travel. And when the lonely night comes, I will have someone to hold. Someone to say goodnight to. Someone to say “I love you” to. This storm shall pass too, like all things do. For now, I shall just “wait for love.”

Fell into the experience and forgot years ago. Just finding this video and trying to remember or come to it again. I get images. Or feelings of it but not there anymore and I'm confused. Talking about it is an intensifier to feeling closer to it so I think seeking is important or why look at all.

My favorite song ever. I listen to Josh's albums while I am working and this one always touches me. I try to share it with other people but they never seem to experience it in the way that I do.
